حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ، أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ "
