حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ :" لَا يُبَاعُ الْوَلَاءُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ، وَالْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ "
