حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَبْدُ رَبِّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِالثُّلُثِ، وَالرُّبُعِ، فَفِي الْعَيْنِ وَالدَّيْنِ، وَإِذَا أَوْصَى بِخَمْسِينَ أَوْ سِتِّينَ إِلَى الْمِائَةِ، فَفِي الْعَيْنِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ "
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi narrated to us, Abu Shihab Abd Rabbuh bin Nafi’ narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: “If If a man bequeaths fifty or sixty to a hundred, then it is for the credit until he reaches a third.”
