حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ : أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الشَّعْبِيَّ ، يَقُولُ :" إِذَا شَهِدَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي جَمِيعِ حِصَّتِهِ "
