حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ " فِي الَّذِي يُوصِي بِعِتْقٍ، وَغَيْرِهِ فَيَزِيدُ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ، قَالَ : بِالْحِصَصِ "
