حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : " فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ وَفِيهِ عِتْقٌ؟ قَالَ :يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ "
