حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، أنبأنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَمُوتُ، قَالَ :" تُكَفَّنُ مِنْ مَالِهَا، لَيْسَ عَلَى الزَّوْجِ شَيْءٌ "
Qabisa told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Firas, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi: “Concerning a woman dying, he said: ‘She will be shrouded from her wealth, and the husband is not obligated to do anything.’”
