Hadith #56053
Muhammad bin Asaad told us, Abu Bakr told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: “If a man makes a will to another man while he is absent, So if he comes, then if he wishes, he can accept it. If he accepts, he does not have the right to reject it.”
