حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ بَعْضِ الْوَرَثَةِ، قَالَ :لَا يَجُوزُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ أَقَلَّ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : هُوَ حَسَنٌ
