حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، قَالَ : " سَأَلْنَا عَامِرًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَيْنِ، وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ لَوْ كَانُوا ثَلَاثَةً، قَالَ :أَوْصَى بِالرُّبُعِ "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Yazid bin Zurayi told us, Dawud bin Abi Hind told us, he said: “We asked Amir about a man who left two sons. He bequeathed the equivalent of the share of one of them, if there were three of them. He said: He bequeathed a quarter.
