Hadith #26169
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، وَاسِعِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ رَقِيتُ يَوْمًا عَلَى بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى حَاجَتِهِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الشَّأْمِ مُسْتَدْبِرَ الْكَعْبَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏
Hanad told us, Abdah bin Sulayman told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Omar, on the authority of Muhammad bin Yahya bin Hibban, on the authority of his uncle, Wasi’ bin Hibban, on the authority of Ibn Umar, said: One day I went to the house of Hafsa and saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, attending to his needs, heading towards the Levant, turning away. The Kaaba. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
