Hadith #26701
Qutaibah told us, Hushaym told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ishaq, on the authority of Hafs bin Ubaid Allah bin Anas, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him He used to break his fast with dates on the day of Eid al-Fitr before going out to the prayer place. Abu Issa said: This is a good, strange, and authentic hadith.
