حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، وَمُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، وَعَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ أُخْتِي مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا صَوْمُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ . قَالَ " أَرَأَيْتِ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أُخْتِكِ دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتِ تَقْضِينَهُ " . قَالَتْ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَحَقُّ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ " . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَائِشَةَ .
Abu Saeed Al-Ashj told us, Abu Khaled Al-Ahmar told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Salama bin Kuhail, and Muslim Al-Batin, on the authority of Saeed bin Jubayr, Ata’ and Mujahid, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, said: A woman came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said, “My sister died and she must fast.” Two consecutive months. He said, “What do you think, if your sister owed a debt, would you have paid it off?” She said, “Yes.” He said, “The truth of God.” “More deserving.” He said, and on the authority of Buraidah, Ibn Umar, and Aisha.
