أَنْبَأَنَا بِذَلِكَ بُنْدَارٌ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ أَنْبَأَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ سَأَلَتْ زَوْجَهَا طَلاَقًا مِنْ غَيْرِ بَأْسٍ فَحَرَامٌ عَلَيْهَا رَائِحَةُ الْجَنَّةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ . وَيُرْوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ . وَرَوَاهُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ .
Bundar informed us of this, Abdul Wahhab informed us, Ayoub informed us, on the authority of Abu Qilaba, on the authority of the one who told him on the authority of Thawban, that the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without any reason, the fragrance of Paradise will be forbidden to her.” Abu Issa said this. A good hadith. This hadith is narrated on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qilaba, on the authority of Abu Asma’, on the authority of Thawban. And some of them narrated it on the authority of Ayoub with this chain of narration, but he did not narrate it.
