Hadith #27574
Ali bin Khashram told us, Issa bin Yunus told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Qatada, he said, I heard Zurara bin Awfa, speaking on the authority of Imran Ibn Husayn said that a man bit another man’s hand, so he pulled his hand off and his folds fell off. They disputed with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said, “One of you will bite.” “His brother, just as a stallion bites, there is no blood money for you.” Then God revealed (and wounds are retaliation). He said, and on the authority of Ya’la bin Umayyah. And Salama bin Umayyah, and they are brothers. Abu Issa said: The hadith of Imran bin Husayn is a good and authentic hadith.
