حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ أَبُو مُوسَى الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَبِي بُسْرٍ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الأَسْقَعِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلاَثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لاَعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ يُعْرَفُ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ‏.‏
Harun Abu Musa Al-Mustamli Al-Baghdadi narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin Harb narrated to us, he said: Omar bin Ru’bah Al-Taghlabi narrated to us, on the authority of Abd Al-Wahid bin Abdullah Abi Busr Al-Nasri, on the authority of Wathilah bin Al-Asqa’, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “A woman possesses “Three inheritances: her freed man, her foundling, and her child whom she cursed.” This is a good, strange hadith that is only known from this perspective.
