حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَذَّنَ فِي أُذُنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ حِينَ وَلَدَتْهُ فَاطِمَةُ بِالصَّلاَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي الْعَقِيقَةِ عَلَى مَا رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنِ الْغُلاَمِ شَاتَانِ مُكَافِئَتَانِ وَعَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ . - وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيْضًا أَنَّهُ عَقَّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بِشَاةٍ وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ إِلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Yahya bin Saeed and Abdul Rahman bin Mahdi told us, they said: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Asim bin Ubaid Allah, On the authority of Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Rafi’, on the authority of his father, he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, giving the call to prayer in the ear of Al-Hasan ibn Ali when Fatima gave birth to him while praying. Abu Issa said: This is a good and authentic hadith. And the action according to the people of knowledge regarding the Aqeeqah is according to what was narrated. On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in more than one way, on the authority of the boy, two equal sheep, and on the authority of the girl, one sheep. - It was also narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He performed the aqiqah on behalf of Al-Hasan with a sheep, and some scholars have agreed on this hadith.
