حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَرَجَ بِالنَّاسِ يَسْتَسْقِي فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ جَهَرَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فِيهِمَا وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَاسْتَسْقَى وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَآبِي اللَّحْمِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَعَلَى هَذَا الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ ‏.‏ وَعَمُّ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ هُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الْمَازِنِيُّ ‏.‏
Yahya bin Musa told us, Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Abbad bin Tamim, on the authority of his uncle, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, went out with the people to draw water, and he prayed with them two rak’ahs, reciting the recitation aloud during them, and he turned around his robe, raised his hands, and asked for water. And he faced the Qiblah. He said: On the authority of Ibn Abbas, Abu Hurairah, Anas, and Abi Lahm, Abu Issa said the hadith of Abdullah bin Zayd is a hasan and authentic hadith. This work is according to the people of knowledge, and Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, Ishaq, and the uncle of Abbad bin Tamim say so. He is Abdullah bin Zaid bin Asim Al-Mazni.
