Hadith #27715
Qutaibah narrated to us, Bishr ibn al-Mufaddal narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Zayd, on the authority of Umair, the servant of Abi al-Lahm, who said: I witnessed Khaybar with my masters, so they spoke Concerning the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and inform him that I am a slave. He said, “So he ordered me to go, so I unbuttoned the sword, and I saw that I was dragging him, so he ordered me to do so.” With some of the heirlooms, and I showed him a ruqyah that I used to perform ruqyah on insane people, so he ordered me to throw away some of it and withhold some of it. And at the door. On the authority of Ibn Abbas. This is a good and authentic hadith. The practice of this according to some people of knowledge is that the share should not be made to the slave, but He submits He has something. This is the opinion of Al-Thawri, Al-Shafi’i, Ahmad, and Ishaq.
