Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28081

Mahmoud bin Ghaylan told us, Abu Dawud told us, Shu`bah told us, he said he wrote it to Mansour and I read it to him. Abu Uthman heard it. Mawla Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: I heard Abu Al-Qasim, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying, “Mercy is not withdrawn except from a wretched person.” He said: “And Abu Uthman, who narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, his name is not known, and it is said that he is the father of Musa bin Abi Uthman, from whom Abu Al-Zinad Abu Al-Zinad narrated on the authority of Musa bin Abi Uthman, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, without a hadith. He said: Abu Issa, this is a good hadith.
