Hadith #28656
The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “To God, I am more happy with the repentance of one of you than a man in a land that is trampled with deadly worms, and who has his camel with his provisions on it.” And his food, his drink, and what was good for him, so he made her go astray and went out in search of her until, when death overtook him, he said, “I will return to my place where I was.” I caused her to go astray therein, and I will die therein. Then he returned to his place, and his eyes overcame him, and he woke up, and behold, his mount was at his head, carrying his food. And his drink and what improves him.” Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith. And in it on the authority of Abu Hurairah, Al-Nu’man bin Bashir and Anas Ibn Malik on the authority of The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
