Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #28719
Hadith #28719
Abu Kurayb told us, Abdah bin Sulaiman told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Amr, on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He said: “Paradise and Hell disagreed, and Paradise said, ‘Let the weak and needy enter me.’ And Hell said, ‘Let me enter. The tyrannical and the arrogant. And he said to Hell, “You are my torment. I will take revenge on you whomever I wish.” And he said to Paradise, “You are my mercy. I will have more mercy on you than “Whatever you want.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good and authentic hadith.”
