Hadith #28688
Qutaibah told us, and Ahmad bin Abdah al-Dhabi al-Basri told us, saying: Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad told us, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, on the authority of Ata’ Ibn Yasar, on the authority of Muadh Ibn Jabal, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan, performs the prayers, and performs Hajj to the House, I do not know Whether he pays zakat or not, it is God’s duty to forgive him if he emigrates in the path of God or stays in his land in which he was born.” He said. I forbid that I do not tell these people. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Leave the people doing what they do, for in Paradise there are a hundred levels between Every two degrees is like what is between the heaven and the earth and Paradise, the highest and the middle of Paradise, and above that is the Throne of the Most Gracious, and from it flow rivers. “Paradise, so if you ask God, ask Him for Paradise.” Abu Issa said: This is how this hadith was narrated on the authority of Hisham bin Saad, on the authority of Zaid. Build Aslam, on the authority of Ata’ bin Yassar, on the authority of Muadh bin Jabal, and this, in my view, is more authentic than the hadith of Hammam, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, on the authority of Ata’ bin Yassar, on the authority of Ubadah ibn al-Samit. And Ata’ did not meet Mu’adh ibn Jabal. Mu’adh was very old and died during the caliphate of Umar.
