Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29043

Mahmoud bin Ghaylan narrated to us, he said, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said, Shu’bah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, he said, I heard Al-Baraa bin Aazib saying While a man was reciting Surah Al-Kahf, he saw his animal running, and he looked and saw something like a cloud or a cloud. Then he came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He greeted him, so that was mentioned to him. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “That tranquility was revealed with the Qur’an or it was revealed to the Qur’an.” And in the chapter on the authority of Usayd Ibn Hudayr. Abu Issa said: This is a hasan and authentic hadith.
