Hadith #29731
Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Darimi told us, Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, on the authority of Ibn Thuban, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Makhoul, on the authority of Jubayr. Ibn Nufayr, that Ubadah Ibn al-Samit told them that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “There is not a Muslim on earth who calls upon God with an invitation.” Unless God gives it to him or averts from him an evil like it, unless he calls for sin or severing ties of kinship.” Then a man from the people said, “Then We will increase. He said, “God is more.” Abu Issa said, “This is a good, authentic, and strange hadith from this perspective, and Ibn Thawban is a slave.” The Most Gracious Ibn Thabit Ibn Thuban Al-Abid Al-Shami.
