Hadith #38307
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ الرُّكْبَانُ يَمُرُّونَ بِنَا وَنَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ ﷺ مُحْرِمَاتٌ فَإِذَا جَاوَزُوْا بِنَا سَدَلَتْ إِحْدَانَا جِلْبَابَهَا مِنْ رَأْسِهَا عَلٰى وَجْهِهَا فَإِذَا جَاوَزُوْنَا كَشَفْنَاهُ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَلِاِبْنِ مَاجَهْ مَعْنَاهُ
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The riders used to pass by us while we were with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in forbidden matters. When they overtook us, they passed by us. One of us lowered her jilbab from her head over her face. When they passed us, we would uncover it. Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah, its meaning
