Hadith #39942
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ ﷺ: مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ: ﴿فَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ حِيْنَ تُمْسُوْنَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُوْنَ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَّحِيْنَ تُظْهِرُوْنَ\nإِلٰى قَوْلِه: وَكَذٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُوْنَ\nأَدْرَكَ مَا فَاتَه فِىْ يَوْمِه ذٰلِكَ وَمَنْ قَالَهُنَّ حِينَ يُمْسِىْ أَدْرَكَ مَا فَاتَه فِىْ ليلتِه. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: Whoever says when he wakes up in the morning: “Glory be to God when you go in the evening and when you wake up in the morning, and to Him is praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the evening, and when you appear\nto His saying: And thus you shall be brought forth\nHe realized what he had missed on that day, and who He said them in the evening He realized what he had missed that night.
