Riyad as-Salihin — Hadith #46035

On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to me: “This is Gabriel reciting peace to you.” She said: I said: “And upon him be peace, God’s mercy, and His blessings” ((Agreed upon)) This is how it occurred in some of the narrations of the two Sahihs: “And His blessings,” and in some of them, by deleting it and adding trustworthiness, it is acceptable
