Hadith #46301
وعن سلمان بن عامر الضبي الصحابي، رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏إذا أفطر أحدكم، فليفطر على تمر فإن لم يجد فليفطر على ماء فإنه طهور‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود، والترمذي وقال‏:‏ حديث حسن صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Salman bin Amer Al-Dhabi, the Companion, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “If one of you breaks his fast, let him break his fast with dates, and if he does not find any, let him break his fast with water, for it is purifying.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Tirmidhi, who said: It is a good and authentic hadith.)
