Hadith #46375
وعن أبي صفوان سويد بن قيس، رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ جلبت أنا ومخرمة العبدي بزًا من هجر، فجاءنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فساومنا سراويل، وعندي وزان يزن بالأجر، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم للوزان ‏ "‏زن وأرجح‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود والترمذي وقال‏:‏ حديث حسن صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Abu Safwan Suwayd bin Qais, may God be pleased with him, he said: Me and Makhramah al-Abdi brought clothing from Hijr, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to us and bargained with us for trousers, and I had a weigher who weighed for a reward, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to the weigher. “Weigh and swing” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Tirmidhi and said: It is a good and authentic hadith)).
