حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: لاَ حَلِيمَ إِلاَّ ذُو عَثْرَةٍ، وَلاَ حَكِيمَ إِلاَّ ذُو تَجْرِبَةٍ.
Sa`id ibn Ufayr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Ayyub narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Zuhar, on the authority of Abu al-Haytham, on the authority of Abu Sa`id, he said: There is no forbearing but He is subject to stumble, and there is no wise man except he who has experience.
