Al-Adab Al-Mufrad — Hadith #47197

Ali bin Abdullah narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Salamah bin Kuhail, on the authority of Kurayb, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: He spent the night at Maimuna's house, then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, got up and fulfilled his need, washed his face and hands, then slept. Then he got up and went to the waterskin and let go. He hanged her, then he performed ablution between two ablutions. He did not do much, but he had reached the point of prayer, so I got up and stretched, fearing that he would see that I was I kept him, so I performed ablution, and he stood up to pray, so I stood at his left, and he took my ear and turned me to his right, and his prayer was completed on three nights. He performed ten rak'ahs, then he lay down and slept until he blew, and when he slept he would blow, so Bilal called him to prayer, so he prayed but did not perform ablution, and he was in His supplication: Oh God, put light in my heart, light in my hearing, light on my right, light on my left, light above me, light below me, and light in front of me. Light, and behind me is light, and give me greater light.
