عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ وَمَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَا: خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي بِضْعَ عَشْرَةَ مِائَةً مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَلَمَّا أَتَى ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ قَلَّدَ الْهَدْيَ وَأَشْعَرَ وَأَحْرَمَ مِنْهَا بِعُمْرَةٍ وَسَارَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِالثَّنِيَّةِ الَّتِي يُهْبَطُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْهَا بَرَكَتْ بِهِ رَاحِلَتُهُ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ: حَلْ حَلْ خَلَأَتِ القَصْواءُ خلأت الْقَصْوَاء فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا خَلَأَتِ الْقَصْوَاءُ وَمَا ذَاكَ لَهَا بِخُلُقٍ وَلَكِنْ حَبَسَهَا حَابِسُ الْفِيلِ» ثُمَّ قَالَ: «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا يَسْأَلُونِي خُطَّةً يُعَظِّمُونَ فِيهَا حُرُمَاتِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا أَعْطَيْتُهُمْ إِيَّاهَا» ثُمَّ زَجَرَهَا فَوَثَبَتْ فَعَدَلَ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى نَزَلَ بِأَقْصَى الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ عَلَى ثَمَدٍ قَلِيلِ الْمَاءِ يَتَبَرَّضُهُ النَّاسُ تَبَرُّضًا فَلَمْ يَلْبَثْهُ النَّاسُ حَتَّى نَزَحُوهُ وَشُكِيَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَطَشَ فَانْتَزَعَ سَهْمًا مِنْ كِنَانَتِهِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَجْعَلُوهُ فِيهِ فو الله مَا زَالَ يَجِيشُ لَهُمْ بِالرِّيِّ حَتَّى صَدَرُوا عَنْهُ فَبَيْنَا هُمْ كَذَلِكَ إِذْ جَاءَ بُدَيْلُ بْنُ وَرْقَاءَ الخزاعيُّ فِي نفَرٍ منْ خُزَاعَةَ ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى أَنْ قَالَ: إِذْ جَاءَ سُهَيْلُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اكْتُبْ: هَذَا مَا قَاضَى عَلَيْهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ". فَقَالَ سُهَيْلٌ: وَاللَّهِ لَوْ كُنَّا نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَا صَدَدْنَاكَ عَنِ الْبَيْتِ وَلَا قَاتَلْنَاكَ وَلَكِنِ اكْتُبْ: مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَإِنْ كَذَّبْتُمُونِي اكْتُبْ: مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ " فَقَالَ سُهَيْلٌ: وَعَلَى أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَكَ مِنَّا رَجُلٌ وَإِنْ كانَ على دينِكَ إِلاَّ ردَدْتَه علينا فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنْ قَضِيَّةِ الْكِتَابِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ: «قُومُوا فَانْحَرُوا ثُمَّ احْلِقُوا» ثُمَّ جَاءَ نِسْوَةٌ مُؤْمِنَاتٌ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذا جاءكُم المؤمناتُ مهاجِراتٌ) الْآيَةَ. فَنَهَاهُمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَنْ يَرُدُّوهُنَّ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَرُدُّوا الصَّدَاقَ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَجَاءَهُ أَبُو بَصِيرٍ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ وَهُوَ مُسْلِمٌ فَأَرْسَلُوا فِي طَلَبِهِ رَجُلَيْنِ فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَى الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَخَرَجَا بِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَا ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ نَزَلُوا يَأْكُلُونَ مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَهُمْ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَصِيرٍ لِأَحَدِ الرَّجُلَيْنِ: وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَرَى سَيْفَكَ هَذَا يَا فُلَانُ جَيِّدًا أَرِنِي أَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ فَأَمْكَنَهُ مِنْهُ فَضَرَبَهُ حَتَّى بَرَدَ وَفَرَّ الْآخَرُ حَتَّى أَتَى الْمَدِينَةَ فَدَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ يَعْدُو فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَقَدْ رأى هَذَا ذُعراً» فَقَالَ: قُتِلَ واللَّهِ صَحَابِيّ وَإِنِّي لَمَقْتُولٌ فَجَاءَ أَبُو بَصِيرٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَيْلَ أُمِّهِ مِسْعَرَ حَرْبٍ لَوْ كَانَ لَهُ أَحَدٌ» فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ ذَلِكَ عَرَفَ أَنَّهُ سَيَرُدُّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ فَخَرَجَ حَتَّى أَتَى سِيفَ الْبَحْرِ قَالَ: وَانْفَلَتَ أَبُو جَنْدَلِ بْنُ سُهَيْلٍ فَلَحِقَ بِأَبِي بَصِيرٍ فَجَعَلَ لَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ رَجُلٌ قَدْ أَسْلَمَ إِلَّا لَحِقَ بِأَبِي بَصِيرٍ حَتَّى اجْتَمَعَتْ مِنْهُمْ عِصَابَةٌ فو الله مَا يَسْمَعُونَ بِعِيرٍ خَرَجَتْ لِقُرَيْشٍ إِلَى الشَّامِ إِلَّا اعْتَرَضُوا لَهَا فَقَتَلُوهُمْ وَأَخَذُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلَتْ قُرَيْشٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُنَاشِدُهُ اللَّهَ وَالرَّحِمَ لَمَّا أَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَمَنْ أَتَاهُ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم إِلَيْهِم. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah and Marwan ibn Al-Hakam, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, went out in the year of Hudaybiyyah in some ten hundred of His companions, when he came to Dhu al-Hulayfah, he tied the sacrificial animal and put on his hair, entered ihram from it for Umrah, and walked until he was in the second garment that He descended upon them from it, and his camel blessed him, and the people said: It has come, it has come to rest. Al-Qaswa’a, and she has no character, but the one holding the elephant has imprisoned her.” Then he said: “By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, they do not ask me for a plan.” They venerate therein the sacred things of God, unless I give them to them.” Then he rebuked her, and she stood firm, and he turned away from them until he came down to the farthest part of Al-Hudaybiyyah for a short while. People spit water on it, but the people did not stay in it until they removed it and a complaint was made to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He was thirsty, so he took an arrow from his quiver, then ordered them to put it in it. By God, he continued to fight for them with irrigation until they turned away from him, and while they were Likewise, when Budail bin Warqa’ Al-Khuza’i came with a group of Khuza’ah, then Urwa bin Masoud came to him and relayed the hadith until he said: When he came Suhail bin Amr, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Write: This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of God, decreed.” So Suhail said: By God, if we had known that you were the Messenger of God, we would not have prevented you from the House or fought you, but write: Muhammad bin Abdullah. He said The Prophet prayed May God bless him and grant him peace: “By God, I am the Messenger of God, and if you deny me, write: Muhammad bin Abdullah.” So Suhail said: And on the condition that he does not come to you from us. A man, even if he follows your religion, you will not return him to us. When he finished the matter of the letter, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: To his companions: “Arise, sacrifice, then shave.” Then believing women came, and God Almighty revealed: (O you who have believed, when believing women come to you as immigrants) The verse. So God Almighty forbade them to return them and commanded them to return the zakat. Then he returned to Medina, and Abu Basir came to him. A man from the Quraysh, and he was a Muslim. They sent two men for him, so he gave him to the two men, and they took him out until they reached Dhu al-Hulayfah. They were eating some of their dates, and Abu Basir said to one of the two men: By God, I see this sword of yours, O so-and-so, well. Show me how I can look at it. So he spared him and beat him until he was cold, and the other fled until he came to Medina and entered the mosque running, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “He saw This is panic.” He said: “By God, my companions were killed and I will be killed.” Then Abu Basir came and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Woe to his mother, a rabid of war, if he had one.” When he heard that, he knew that he would return him to them, so he went out until the sword of the sea came. He said: And she escaped. Abu Jandal bin Suhail joined Abu Basir and made sure that no man from the Quraysh who had converted to Islam would emerge without joining Abu Basir until they gathered. Among them was a group, for by God, they would not hear a camel leaving for the Levant of Quraysh except that they attacked it, killed them, and took their money, so Quraysh sent To the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, God and the Most Merciful appeal to him regarding what was sent to them, so whoever comes to him is safe, so he sent The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to them.
