أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَغُنْدَرٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ الْأَزْدِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى ".
وَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا : رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Abi Shaybah told us, Waki’ and Ghandar told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Ya’la bin Ata, on the authority of Ali Al-Azdi, on the authority of Ibn Umar, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The night and day prayers are two by two.” One of them said: Two rak'ahs Two rak'ahs
