أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ نُبَيْطٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَوْ نُعَيْمُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَجَجْتُ مَعَ أَبِي وَعَمِّي، فَقَالَ لِي أَبِي :" تَرَى ذَلِكَ صَاحِبَ الْجَمَلِ الْأَحْمَرِ الَّذِي يَخْطُبُ؟ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Salamah told us, meaning Ibn Nubait, my father or Nu`aym ibn Abi Hind told me, he said: I performed Hajj with my father and my uncle, and he said to me My father: “Do you see that owner of the red camel who is giving the sermon? That is the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
