حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا أَحَدُ ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ : النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ، الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ "
Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Murrah, on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a man who bears witness that there is no god but God, and that I am the Messenger of God, except one of three people: a soul for a soul, And the married man, the adulterer, the one who abandons his religion, the one who separates from the community.”
