Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55279

Ahmad bin Abdullah told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, that he said: “On the day of Al-Hudaybiyyah, one thousand and four hundred, so we pledged allegiance to him while Omar was taking his hand under the tree, which was Samra, and said: We pledged our pledge to him on the condition that we will not flee, and he did not flee. We pledge allegiance to him on death.”
