حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ هُوَ : ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ شِيَيْمِ بْنِ بَيْتَانَ ، عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ ، قَالَ : لَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَرْطَاةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" لا تُقْطَعُ الْأَيْدِي فِي الْغَزْوِ لَقَطَعْتُهَا "
Bishr bin Omar Al-Zahrani told us, Abdullah Ibn Lahi’ah told us, Ayyash bin Abbas told us, on the authority of Shaym bin Bitan, on the authority of Junada bin Abi Umayyah said: Had I not heard Ibn Artat say: I had heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “No.” “Hands are cut off during raids because they were cut off.”
