أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ نِسْوَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ حِمْصَ يَسْتَفْتِينَهَا، فَقَالَتْ : لَعَلَّكُنَّ مِنَ النِّسْوَةِ اللَّاتِي يَدْخُلْنَ الْحَمَّامَاتِ؟.
قُلْنَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" مَا مِنْ امْرَأَةٍ تَضَعُ ثِيَابَهَا فِي غَيْرِ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا، إِلَّا هَتَكَتْ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ G ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ
Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Amr ibn Murrah, on the authority of Salim ibn Abi Al-Ja'd, he said: Women from the people of Homs asked her for a fatwa, and she said: Perhaps you are one of the women who enter baths? They said: Yes. She said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “There is no woman who puts her clothes on other than her husband’s house, but she violates what is between her and God.” Abu Muhammad said: Ubayd Allah told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Salem, on the authority of Abu Al-Malih, on the authority of Aisha, this hadith
