أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ :" مَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ، فَلْيَتَعَلَّمْ الْفَرَائِضَ، فَإِنْ لَقِيَهُ أَعْرَابِيٌّ، قَالَ : يَا مُهَاجِرُ، أَتَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ؟ فَإِنْ قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ : تَفْرِضُ؟ فَإِنْ قَالَ : نَعَمْ، فَهُوَ زِيَادَةٌ وَخَيْر، وَإِنْ قَالَ : لَا، قَالَ : فَمَا فَضْلُكَ عَلَيَّ يَا مُهَاجِرُ؟ !
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Ubaidah, on the authority of Abdullah, who said: “Whoever reads the Qur’an, So let him learn the obligatory prayers. If a Bedouin meets him, he says: O immigrant, do you recite the Qur’an? If he says: Yes, he says: Are you obligated? Then if he says: Yes, It is an increase And it is better, and if he says: No, he says: What is your favor on me, O immigrant? !
