Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55757

Muhammad bin Issa narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Alqamah, on the authority of Abdullah: “He was brought among brothers For a mother, and a mother, so he gave the brothers on the mother’s side a third, and the mother the rest of the money, and said: The mother is the guardian of the one who has no guardian.”
