أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ : أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا فِي وَلَدِ المُلَاعَنَةٍ تَرْكُ جَدَّتِهِ وَإِخْوَتِهِ لأُمِّهِ، قَالَ :" لِلْجَدَّةِ الثُّلُثُ، وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ الثُّلُثَانِ "، وَقَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ : لِلْجَدَّةِ السُّدُسُ، وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ
Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, Qatada told us: Ali and Ibn Masoud said about the son of a cursed woman, abandoning His grandmother and his brothers to his mother. He said: “For the grandmother, a third, and for the brothers, two thirds.” Zayd bin Thabit said: For the grandmother, a sixth, and for the brothers. The mother gets a third, and whatever remains goes to the treasury.
