أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَخٍ لِي مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ أَسْأَلُهُ : لِمَنْ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ؟ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ : " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم :قَضَى بِهِ لِأُمِّهِ هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِ وَأَبِيهِ.
وقَالَ سُفْيَانُ : الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لِلْأُمِّ هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Dawud bin Abi Hind, on the authority of Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umayr, he said: I wrote to I ask a brother of mine from Banu Zurayk: To whom did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, pass the ruling regarding Ibn al-Mala’ana? He wrote to me: “The Prophet prayed May God bless him and grant him peace: He decreed that his mother is in the same position as his mother and father. Sufyan said: All the money goes to the mother. She is in the same position as his father and mother.
