حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا المُعْتَمِر ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُول :" مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّه، قُلْتُ : فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّه؟ قَالَ : لَهُ السُّدُسُ "
