أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : " أُتِيَ عُمَرُ فِي عَمٍّ لِأُمٍّ، وَخَالَة،فَأَعْطَى الْعَمَّ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ، وَأَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ الثُّلُثَ "
Muhammad ibn Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Firas, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Ziyad, who said: “Umar came to a maternal uncle and maternal aunt, so he gave The uncle gave the mother two-thirds, and he gave the aunt a third.”
