Hadith #55808
Yazid bin Harun told us, on the authority of Dawud bin Abi Hind, on the authority of Amer: Al-Mu’azila bint Al-Harith died in Yemen and she was A Jewish woman, so Al-Ash’ath bin Qays, who was his paternal aunt, rode to Omar for her inheritance, and Omar said: “That is not yours. The people closest to her will inherit her.” From the family her religion, no two religions are inherited.”
