حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ حَيَّانَ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ L2590 ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ ، فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ " فَرِيضَةِ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَامْرَأَتَه، فَقَالَ : أَنَا أُنْبِئُكَ قَضَاءَ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : حَسْبِي قَضَاءُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ : قَضَى عَلِيٌّلِامْرَأَتِهِ الثُّمُنَ، وَلِابْنَتِهِ النِّصْفَ، ثُمَّ رَدَّ الْبَقِيَّةَ عَلَى ابْنَتِهِ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Zuhair told us, on the authority of Hayyan bin Salman L2590, he said: I was with Suwayd bin Ghafla, and a man came to him and asked him: Concerning “the obligation of a man who left his daughter and his wife, and said: I inform you of Ali’s judgment.” He said: “Ali’s judgment is sufficient for me.” He said: “Ali made a judgment on his wife.” The eighth, And half to his daughter, then he returned the rest to his daughter.”
