حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : " تُوُفِّيَتْ فُكَيْهَةُ بِنْتُ سَمْعَانَ وَتَرَكَتْ ابْنَ أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا، وَبَنِي بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا،فَوَرَّثَ عُمَرُ بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا "
Abu Nu’aym told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Ash’ath, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, who said: “Fakiha bint Sim’an died and left behind her nephew. To her father, and her brother’s children to her father and mother, so Omar inherited to her brother’s children to her father.”
