حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، قَالَ :" الدِّيَةُ سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ "
Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Wahib narrated to us, Ayoub narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, he said: “The blood money is due by way of inheritance.”
