حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، وَدَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ : أن عمر بن عبد العزيز كتب أن :" يورث الإخوة من الأم من الدية "
Suleiman bin Harb told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Humayd, and Dawud bin Abi Hind: that Omar bin Abdul Aziz wrote that: “Brothers inherit from the mother from the blood money.”
